About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Community Building Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about trend-aligned content creation, digital storytelling, community engagement, and women’s empowerment in travel.
You will play a key role in shaping Greether’s online presence, growing our community, and helping build connections with travelers and local Greeters around the world.
📌Please note: This is a full-time internship (Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM PST). Due to the time commitment required, we do not recommend this internship to current students. We prioritize recent graduates and people in Latin America. Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, plan, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Interact with our audience to build community and encourage conversations
Support in planning and executing social media campaigns
Research and generate leads for potential travelers
Assist in coordinating collaborations and partnerships
Monitor and report on engagement metrics and content performance
What We’re Looking For:
Recent graduate in marketing, communications, tourism, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
Excellent written communication skills in English and Spanish
Strong knowledge of social media trends, formats, and best practices
Experience using tools like Canva, CapCut, or other basic editing platforms
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Passion for women’s travel, sustainable tourism, and startup environments
Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM PST
